Commissioned by CBC Radio for the opening of Winnipeg’s Centennial Concert Hall.
Premiere: Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra, Victor Feldbrill, conductor; Paxton Whitehead, reader, October 4 1968, also Niagara Symphony Orchestra.
Difficulty: Suitable for good youth/community to professional orchestra.
